What we Treat

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety can severely impact daily life, but professional support such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques can help individuals develop healthier coping strategies and improve overall well-being.

Depression

Depression can significantly impair an individual's daily functioning and quality of life, but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Activation (BA) offer effective strategies to manage symptoms by challenging negative thought patterns and encouraging engagement in meaningful activities.

Eating Disorders

The relentless physical and emotional exhaustion from an eating disorder can be overwhelming, but Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help by fostering mindfulness and encouraging individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with their values.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can profoundly disrupt an individual's life, but Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy can facilitate healing by helping the brain process and integrate traumatic memories, leading to emotional resolution and improved well-being.

LGBTQ+ Concerns

Coping with LGBTQ+ concerns can be incredibly challenging due to societal stigma and personal struggles, but therapy can provide a supportive environment to explore identity, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance.

Adjustment & Stress

Struggling with adjustment to change and stressful life circumstances can be overwhelming, but therapy can offer strategies to manage stress, build adaptability, and provide support during transitions.
